Welcome to Velora ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Getveloraa.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Products and pricing

We do our best to display our products and prices accurately, but we don't guarantee that colors, images, or descriptions are error-free. All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these Terms. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

3. Product use and safety

Our product is a household odor-neutralizing mister intended for use on fabrics, upholstery, and household surfaces as directed. It is not a disinfectant, sanitizer, or medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Please follow all instructions and safety guidance included with the product. Keep it out of reach of children, and test on an inconspicuous area before use on delicate materials. You use the product at your own discretion and risk.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted once we send an order confirmation and/or ship your item. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our third-party payment providers; we don't store your full card details. You're responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping timelines and costs are governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Marketing and communications

By providing your email or phone number, you agree we may contact you about your order and, where you've opted in, send marketing messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in our emails or by replying STOP to texts.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and video — is owned by or licensed to Velora and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access, or to misuse it in any way that could harm us or other users.

9. Testimonials and results

Any reviews, testimonials, or results shown on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you'll experience the same results. Odor outcomes depend on factors such as the source, the materials involved, frequency of use, and your home environment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velora and its owners, employees, and suppliers won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Velora harmless from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site with the current effective date governs your use. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Montreal /Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction — subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
